Key Responsibilities \u2013<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans for instrumental music based on curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Teach Western instruments like Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, Violin, Flute etc. to students of all age groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Train students from beginner to advanced level in instrument playing and music theory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Incorporate instruments, rhythm, and movement in lessons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Plan and prepare students for school concerts, assemblies, competitions and music events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare students for practical exams, grade exams and music assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct after-school music clubs and train students for inter-school events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Motivate and build rapport with students to develop interest in instrumental music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, and creative music room environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handle, maintain and manage all musical instruments and equipment properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualification<\/strong> \u2013<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ Master\u2019s Degree in Music or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Diploma\/Certificate in Instrumental Music preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2 Years teaching experience in schools preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong command over at least 2-3 instruments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to read music, teach notes and rhythm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication skills with children<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Patience and ability to work with students of all age groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to conduct assessments and maintain records<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Creative and energetic personality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Preferred Qualities<\/strong> –<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Experience in activity-based and play-way instrumental teaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of organizing concerts, band and ensemble performances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
