class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teach Western dance forms like Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Ballroom to students of all age groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and deliver structured, engaging, and age-appropriate dance lessons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choreograph performances for school events, functions, annual day and competitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide individual and group guidance to students on dance techniques, posture, rhythm and stage expression<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train students for inter-school events, dance competitions and stage shows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other performing arts faculty and contribute to cross-curricular activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classroom Management: Ensure student discipline and maintain a safe, respectful dance studio environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess student progress and maintain performance records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with parents regarding student progress and performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Dance \/ Performing Arts or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in at least 2-3 Western dance forms \u2013 Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Years minimum experience as a Western Dance Teacher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong choreography and stage performance skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and classroom management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for teaching and mentoring students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative and energetic personality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p
