NTT

Key Responsibilities –

• Teaching basic concepts to nursery kids through play-way and activity-based learning.
• Preparing lesson plans, daily activities and course material as per NTT curriculum.
• Assessing student progress through observation, activities and interaction.
• Creating a positive, safe, caring and engaging learning environment for children.
• Managing classroom, maintaining discipline and ensuring safety of all children.
• Organizing storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music and games.
• Communicating regularly with parents regarding child’s development.
• Contributing to school events, functions and curriculum development.

Required Qualification –

• Pass 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training / Early Childhood Education Certificate.
• Have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation (Preferred).Have proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English & Hindi.

Other Eligibility Criteria –

• All degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of child development and child psychology.
• Excellent communication, patience and creativity skills.
• Teaching experience of 1-2 years as NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher is desirable.
